As a core service of apm, we have been providing Commercial Services from our very inception in both the UK and the Netherlands, initially on two of the largest Private Finance Initiative and Public Private Partnership rail projects: (1) Dutch Southern High Speed Rail, and; (2) Tube Lines Limited.
